Situated conveniently within town in Orchard Plaza, Sushi Michi is the sister outlet of YUTA (located just a few steps away), boasting an extensive selection of over 120 different nigiri. The restaurant only has a mere 12 seats within the space, so you can be sure it’ll be quite the intimate dining experience. Sushi Michi only offers 4 types of omakase courses, 2 each for lunch and dinner. For lunch, you have a 13-course Tama Omakase at $80++ or Yuu Omakase $108++ that comes with 10 pieces of nigiri sushi.

Tucked away in a hidden spot in the CBD is Ikigai Omakase, perfect for if you’re looking to splurge on an omakase meal or lunch set during the workday. As for the vibes, expect an intimate counter dining experience where you get to see the chef in action up close!

Prices are pretty affordable, starting at $88++ for lunch and $98++ for dinner. Items included in the omakase are seasonal, but you can expect ingredients like akami, hamachi, ikura chawanmushi, kanpachi, uni and more. They also have lunch sets from $38++ that includes an appetiser, soup and main. Reservations for omakase are highly recommended, at least 2-3 days in advance.

The restaurant is helmed by renowned Japanese chefs with nearly 30 years of sushi experience under their belt. You’re probably familiar with the brand Fat Cow, a Japanese restaurant specialising in all things beefy. MIYOSHI is a new collaborative concept by the folks at Fat Cow, offering a tranquil and modern dining experience at Sentosa. The spacious, multi-concept dining space features a section for teppan-kaiseki, as well as a la carte dishes and set lunches.

MIYOSHI also offers a special Chef’s Table Sushi Omakase for dinner, featuring a whopping 20 items for $228++ per person!
