If you’re an absolute durian lover, you’ll be glad to know that Grand Copthorne Waterfront is bringing back their highly popular Durian Fiesta Buffet at Food Capital for a limited time only, from now till 31st August 2023! The Durian Fiesta Buffet features all things durian, from innovative savoury durian dishes to durian desserts; and of course, not forgetting everyone’s favourite—unlimited fresh durians!

Feast on free flow fresh durians from their outdoor live station every Thursday to Saturday, where you can enjoy freshly dehusked durians. If you’re feeling adventurous, try some of their unique durian dishes from the buffet spread: like Gratin Parmigiana Durian, Durian Corn Pizza, Durian Fried Rice, Roasted Durian Coconut Chicken, Durian Sushi and more.

For the sweet tooth, there will also be plenty of durian desserts, such as Durian Genoise Sponge Cake, Durian Tartlet, Durian Gula Melaka Cream Puff, Durian Pudding, Milk Bingsu with Durian Ice Cream and Baked Whole Flesh Durian Crème Brûlée, just to name a couple.

Aside from all the durian offerings, Food Capital will also be serving some of their signature buffet items, like fresh Boston Lobsters, Oysters, King Crab, Scallops, Seafood Laksa and Braised Beef Brisket.
The Durian Fiesta Buffet will be available for dinner (6pm to 10pm) daily from now till 31st August 2023, and you can get 30% off the buffet price when you join as an À LA CARTE REWARDS Member here. Prices for the buffet (after discount) are as follows:
Sunday to Wednesday – $68.60++ per adult (UP. $98++ per adult)
Thursday to Saturday – $82.60++ per adult (UP. $118++ per adult)
