Ganko Sushi has a new Chef’s Value Omakase menu, boasting 15 courses for a promotional price of just $98++ per person, including premium items like uni, ikura, otoro, wagyu beef, hotate and more!

The 15-course omakase features your choice of mini Wagyu Beef or Amberjack Sukiyaki, a 10 pieces of sushi, Crispy Tempura, Chawanmushi, Side Dish and Miso Soup. Items served in the omakase may vary, but you can expect premium ingredients like uni, otoro, hotate, ikura, unagi, red snapper, red prawn and more.

The restaurant flies in fresh catches from Japan’s Osaka Fish Market 3 times a week for maximum freshness. As for the rice, they use premium Chidori Vinegar with their Niigata rice, and sushi is served with only Marunaya Shoyu, that’s brewed the traditional way. The Chef’s Value Omakase is priced at $98++ per person for a limited time only (UP. $130++ per person), so you might want to book this deal while it lasts!
