1. Chatuchak Singapore 2023
The famed Chatuchak Night Market is finally back in Singapore, with over 180 retail and food stalls to look forward to—many of which are flown in directly from Bangkok’s Chatuchak to give you a truly authentic experience! Aside from popular stalls selling Thai street food like Banana Roti, grilled seafood, teh tarik pulled by the iconic “dancing teh tarik man”, mango sticky rice and more, there will also be stalls selling apparel, handmade items, antiques and more!
You can also look forward to Thai massages from $15, gel manicures at $20, an arcade with games and claw machines! 2. 29Rooms Singapore
The viral “selfie museum” loved by A-list celebrities from around the world has landed in Singapore! The immersive funhouse and art playground features 29 interactive rooms and Instagrammable zones that are not only aesthetic but also thought-provoking.
Look forward to a 360 Merry-Go-Round activation, flying sheep in a cosy “sleep zone”, graffiti room where you can paint anything you want, free cocktails at a live bar, free t-shirt printing, pixelated bathrooms, a room that smells like Billie Eilish and more! 3. Frozen Light Show & Pop-Up
The Frozen musical is now playing at Marina Bay Sands, and you can even enjoy a free Frozen-themed light and water show at the waterfront, a light-up at the Sands SkyPark and a pop-up with exclusive merchandise!
Even if you’re not watching the musical, you can look forward to an enchanting Frozen-themed light and water show at the Waterfront Promenade along The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands featuring music and scenes from the musical itself. 4. ARTBOX Singapore 2023
ARTBOX is finally back after a 3-year hiatus, this time in a comfy air-conditioned venue so you won’t have to worry about the heat and sweat! ARTBOX 2023’s theme is Vision, and is organised in collaboration with the team at SGAG. visitors can look forward to in-person entertainment by the SGAG team, fan meet-and-greet sessions and roving mini games!
The 9,822 square metre space is set to be filled with specially designed interactive spaces, light and immersive art installations and structures, over 300 retail and F&B vendors from both local and global brands and more! 5. Sneakertopia
The iconic experiential sneaker exhibition from Los Angeles is coming to Marina Bay Sands this February! Singapore’s edition of Sneakertopia will be an ultimate sneaker haven for sneakerheads all around: featuring over 100 limited-edition sneakers from some of the most iconic brands.
Art lovers can also look forward to plenty of IG-worthy moments as artists, creatives, contributors and brands come together to bring some 50 murals, installations, designs and displays about entertainment, sports, art, film and more! 6. Sneaker Con
The world’s largest sneaker convention, Sneaker Con will be making its Southeast Asian stop here in Singapore featuring coveted shoes at great steals, fashion apparel, skatepark, basketball competitions and more! The epic sneaker convention will have over 200 international and local renowned brands, as well as some 150 traders and sneaker collectors from all over the world.

7. Singapore Cocktail Festival 2023
Asia’s largest celebration of cocktails is back this year with the theme of “Shaking Up New Possibilities”! The mega Singapore Cocktail Festival (SGCF) kicks off from 5th to 7th May 2023 with a festival village at Bayfront’s Event Space with local bar pop-ups, artisanal spirit tasting, a food street, music, entertainment and more.
From the 5th all through to 21st May, experience the festival across 45 cocktail bars in Singapore offering signature SGCF cocktail promotions, brunches, bar tours and exclusive experiences for all cocktail lovers! 8. SAFRA Choa Chu Kang
After 6 years of being in the works, SAFRA’s seventh club is finally set to open in May 2023 with a brand new range of facilities and amenities for fitness, family bonding, recreation and dining! Located within Choa Chu Kang Park, the club is conveniently accessible for residents living in the North-West region of Singapore.
Highlights from the new club include a sheltered swimming pool and futsal court, a 150-metre sky running track, world-class indoor climbing facility, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy, spa, inflatable park and more! 9. Poppies Installation
Created by local artist, Pei Li (Pei-Per Flower), this life-like giant poppy installation is not only beautiful to look at, but also holds a very special meaning. The red poppy flower is a symbol of remembrance for the lives lost in military conflict, and in this case, to commemorate those who sacrificed their life in Changi Gaol during the Japanese Occupation.
These gorgeous larger-than-life poppy flowers are handcrafted from paper, and will be displayed around Changi Chapel & museum, as well as other locations in Singapore such as National Museum and Reflections at Bukit Chandu. At the end of the exhibition, you’ll also get to DIY your very own felt poppy flower as a memento. The installation is free for the public to visit.

10. Circular Futures: Next Gen Exhibition
Amidst the pressing climate change issues and conversations surrounding the impact of plastic waste on our natural world comes Circular Futures, an exhibition that offers some hope for a future where digital design and manufacturing techniques can help alleviate such problems.
This free exhibition was created by AIRLAB and features actual prototypes of structures made from more than 150kg of 3D-printed upcycled plastic. These structures offer potential practical solutions like floating and vertical farms, and even aesthetic structures like decorative walls and furniture.

11. Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience
Frolic in a field of sunflowers or gaze into a starry night at the viral Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience that’s coming to Singapore’s Resorts World Sentosa this March! The mesmerising and enchanting experience will feature some of Van Gogh’s iconic works in an incredibly immersive and multi-sensorial fashion. You’ll even get to create your own artwork and see it projected on the walls!
The highlight of the experience has got to be the 360-degree, two-storey light and sound projection of famous paintings like The Starry Night and Wheatfield with Crows, complete with flying birds, moving blooms and atmospheric sounds to boot. There will also be a VR experience where you get to explore the mind of Van Gogh to find out the inspiration behind some of his works. Tickets are priced at $24 per adult.

12. The Peranakan Museum
After a four-year renovation, The Peranakan Museum is finally reopening this February 2023! To celebrate the reopening, there will be an Armenian Street Party happening on the opening weekend (17th to 19th February 2023) with special fashion and dance performances, food at the makan market, gallery tours, craft workshops and more!
The Peranakan Museum will feature newly refreshed galleries of all things Peranakan, with nine galleries across three floors, including objects from Peranakan culture, interactive displays and more! Admission to the museum is free.
