4. Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse
Bistecca is an Italian steakhouse serving up traditional Tuscan sharing steaks and authentic Italian cuisine in the CBD area. Bistecca offers tomahawk steaks for both lunch and dinner. Find the tomahawk listed as Costata, or “signature bone-in ribeye” on the menu, which is another name for tomahawk steak.
The Costata comes in two options: 900g ($178) and 1.1kg ($218), both of which are made for sharing. Aside from the tomahawk, Bistecca’s signature namesake item is the Bistecca alla Fiorentina (from $186), a thick-cut, T-bone steak that’s char-grilled to perfection and is perfect for large groups as well.

ASAP is a Halal steakhouse that specialises in smoking methods using imported wood logs, as well as a variety of award-winning breeds of meat. There are a couple of tomahawk options on the menu, starting with the 1.6kg Australian Southern Ranges SR4 ($178) that won a Gold award in 2021. For something more luxe, go for the silver award-winning 1.8kg F1 Crossbreed Tajima Wagyu ($308) from Australia.
You can also opt 28 days dry-aged tomahawk steaks, like the 1.6kg Pure Black Australian Angus ($258) or the 1.5kg Australian F1 Crossbreed Wagyu ($358). All tomahawk steaks come served with Spiced Hokkaido Corn, Roasted Potatoes and King Oyster Mushrooms, and are only available for pre-order.
