To help satisfy your bubble tea addiction,we present to you the recipes for Bubble Milk Tea and Brown Sugar Milk Tea so that you can have your boba fix at home!
Bubble Milk Tea Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 20ml water
- 2 black tea bags
- 300g milk
- Ready-made pearls
Preparation:
- Boil 20ml of water and add in 2 black tea bags
- Add in 300g of milk and stir for 3 mins
- Serve into a cup and enjoy!

Brown Sugar Milk Tea Recipe:
For brown sugar pearls:
- 130ml water
- 120g brown sugar (set aside 40g for brown sugar sauce)
- 200g tapioca flour
For brown sugar pearls:
- 20ml water
- 2 black tea bags
- 300g milk
Preparation:
Brown Sugar Pearls:
- Boil 130ml of water and add in 80g of brown sugar
- Add in 200g of tapioca flour and mix into dough.
- Leave dough to cool and sprinkle some additional tapioca flour
- Cut into smaller pieces and roll into balls
- Cook pearls for 15-20 mins
- Drain the water from cooked pearls and add remaining brown sugar
- Stir until a gooey mixture is achieved and add into serving cup
Milk Tea:
- Boil 20ml of water and add in 2 black tea bags
- Add in 300g of milk and stir for 3 mins
- Serve into the cup of brown sugar pearls and enjoy!
