The Ultimate Racines Buffet Brunch happens every Saturday, and includes a sumptuous and premium selection of unlimited fresh seafood on ice, cooked seafood dishes, premium carved meats, international eats and more. Some highlights to expect from the menu include: Chargrilled Australian Ribeye, Five-Spice Roasted Pork Belly, Snow Crab Legs, Boston Lobsters, Freshly-Shucked Oysters, Singapore Chilli Crab, Seafood Tom Yum Soup, Wok-Fried Butter King Prawns, Roasted Pipa Sesame Duck, Roasted French Poulet, Mint-Glazed Lamb Spare Ribs, Freshly-made Croffles and many more. To enjoy the buffet spread at 1-for-1 for $64++ per person (UP. $128++ per person), you’ll need to make payment with your DBS/POSB card. The 1-for-1 buffet deal is valid from now till 31st December 2025, but the current buffet menu will be served till the end of April 2025, before a new buffet menu will be introduced. Reservations are highly encouraged for this buffet, and you can make them here.
