Look forward to a spread of fresh seafood on ice including oysters, half-shell scallops, black mussels, sashimi and more. There will also be meat carvings like Steak Frites and mains like Hakka Fried Pork Belly, Baked Half Maine Lobster, Wok-Fried Singapore Chilli Sri Lanka Crab, Smoked Duck Salad and many more.
