In celebration of SG60, Food Exchange at Novotel is having a Local Food Parade featuring a seafood buffet dinner spread of Singapore’s best local flavours, and all served a la carte-style to your table too. You can also enjoy the buffet at 1-for-1 for $30++ per person (UP. $60++ per person).

Local favourites served in the buffet include Singapore Laksa, Char Kway Teow, Seafood Hor Fun, Beef Rendang, Crispy Noodle Satay Chicken Salad, Cantonese Crab & Corn Soup, Hokkien Prawn Noodles, Nasi Lemak, Hainanese Chicken Rice, Vegetarian Fried Noodles, Otak Otak, Mutton Satay Skewers and more.
