On the special Chinese New Year Buffet menu are festive eats like Trio Waxed Meat Claypot Rice, Prawn & Lala Claypot, Steamed XL Seabass Fillet, Mala Coconut Cream Prawn, Braised Pork Trotter, Hong Kong Style Steamed Scallop, Chinese Roasted Duck, Collagen Broth with Fish Maw & Swimmer Crabmeat and more.
