Carlton City Hotel’s Plate restaurant is now having a tempting 1-for-1 deal on their festive CNY lunch and dinner buffets, starting from just $44++ per person (UP. from $88++ per person). On the buffet menu is a selection of fresh seafood on ice, jellyfish salad, assorted sashimi, lobster laksa, DIY yusheng, salted egg prawn, BBQ pork ribs, Nyonya curry fish, braised beef brisket, longevity noodles, bak kwa pizza, rotisserie chicken and more.
