1-FOR-1 BANGKOK-INSPIRED SEAFOOD BUFFET AT M HOTEL HAS “VOLCANO” PORK RIBS, TOM YUM MAMA NOODLES, DIY PAPAYA SALAD, THAI MILK TEA & MORE FROM $49++ PER PERSON!

Missing the streets of Bangkok? There’s a new Thai-inspired seafood buffet in Singapore with some of your favourite Bangkok-inspired eats, and it’s even going for 1-for-1 from just $49++ per person! M Hotel Singapore’s Cafe 2000 has just launched their Meat the Seafood feat. Bangkok Flavours Buffet that’s available daily, and with a 1-for-1 promotion on selected days of the week!

Thai favourites from the buffet spread include the iconic “Volcano” Pork Ribs, or leng saap—a massive mountain of prime pork ribs doused in a peppery, tangy broth. Coriander lovers are in for a treat with this, as the meat and broth is sprinkled in a very generous amount of freshly-chopped coriander. Other Thai-inspired eats include a DIY Som Tam, Chicken Coconut Soup, Grilled Pork Neck. Thai Roast Pork Belly, Grilled Squid with Spicy Lemongrass, Black Olive and Egg Fried Rice, Yellow Curry Prawns with Deep-Fried Mantou, Moo Ping Skewers, Pandan Chicken, Salt-Crusted Fresh Catch with Thai Chilli vinaigrette, Live Tom Yum Mama Noodles and Seafood Pad Thai.

To save your stomach space, we recommend going straight for the “Volcano” Pork Ribs, the meat is tender and the sour broth is piping hot and addictive to slurp. The DIY Som Tam is also really refreshing, with crisp strips of young papaya, and you can adjust the spiciness to your liking with the chopped chilli padi provided. Black Olive and Egg Fried Rice is also a must-try, and pairs well with the savoury and rich Yellow Curry Prawns.

Cafe 2000 will also be serving some of their regular buffet favourites, including a selection of fresh seafood on ice and various meat carvings like Grilled Beef Striploin and Roast Lamb Leg; along with international eats like Truffled Potato Mash, Beef Cheek Bourguignon, Chicken Curry and more. If you’re going for seconds, we recommend the Grilled Beef Striploin or Roast Lamb Leg—they’re grilled to order and are served piping hot at a perfectly tender medium-rare doneness.

For dessert, there’s a DIY Coconut Snow Ice station with various toppings like red rubies, grass jelly, corn, attap seed, pearls, nata de coco and more. Other Thai-themed desserts include thin crepes topped with chocolate and whipped cream, Thai Crème Brulee and Jackfruit Pannacotta. There’s also unlimited iced Thai Milk Tea flowing all day long.

The Meat the Seafood feat. Bangkok Flavours Buffet will be available from now till 14th November 2024, with a 1-for-1 promotion on selected days and timings from Sunday to Thursday for Dinner and Saturday to Sunday for Lunch. With the 1-for-1 promotion, you get to enjoy the buffet for $49++ per person (UP. $98++ per person).  For more details on the buffet and to make your reservations, see here
