After a 2-year pause, Singapore Night Festival (SNF) finally makes a comeback this year at the Bras Basah.Bugis (BBB) district! This year’s festivities promises an illuminating line-up of artworks, installations, experiential programmes, performances, music performances, F&B experiences and more!
This year’s theme is Rebirth and marks the festival’s 13th edition, featuring a total of 6 projection mapping installations, 15 Night Lights installations, 5 performance locations, 5 experiential programmes and a Festival Village with live DJ acts, food stalls and game stations to boot.
One highlight from the SNF festivities include Curiocity Encounters by the National Library Board (NLB). Curiocity Encounters will feature 3 art installations featuring some of Singapore’s iconic buildings, as well as shed some light on old tales from Singapore’s heritage and history.
Look out for artsy light installations like An Ocean Without The Anchor by Speak Cryptic, Paddy Fields by FARM and Midnight Show at the Capitol by MOJOKO for those of you who enjoy visually pleasing sights.

Other specially curated programmes include a Traditional Chinese Puppetry Performance by San Chun Long, Cityscapes of Yesteryear: Screening and Music Performance by M’Ode Wind Quintet as well as various tours like Heat of the Night and School Bells and Hallways: Memories of Former School Buildings.
Highlight act of the SNF also includes an immersive theatre performance, Cathay Hotel: The Curse of the Missing Red Shoe, brought to you by local art collective, Vertical Submarine. More details on the plot and ticketing for the show can be found here.
Visitors to SNF can also look forward to the crowd favourite projection mapping installations with a total of 6 works that will illuminate some of Singapore’s most iconic buildings. Most of the art installations featured during SNF are free for the public to visit, with certain activities and programmes requiring tickets.
