We’re halfway through the month of May, and for those of you who are in the thick of it, this weekend is a mid-month pick-me-up to tide you over till the next public holiday arrives – there’s an international sneaker show happening where you can get your hands on rare and vintage pumps, a blood-pumping MMA title match, and a 12-hour fitness festival for you to sweat it all out at.

2. FitnessFest 2018

For those of you fitness lovers, reinvigorate yourself with a satisfying workout session at FitnessFest 2018. Back for its 2nd edition, the festival will stretch over 12 hours, and have mass workouts led by professionals, introductory courses to various fitness routines, tips on how to eat healthily, and stylish activewear to shop from.
Spearheaded by fitness inspirations like Sandra Riley Tang and Kayla Itsines, creator of the famous 28-minute Bikini Body Guide (BBG) sets, the workouts available include CrossFit, Triple Threat, and Bouldering.
Switch up your usual exercise routine by trying your hand at doing Parkour, handstands, and other interesting sports at the Fitness Discovery Arenas as well, and watch how nutritional experts whip up guilt-free snacks and meals at the Healthy Living Show!

3. ONE: UNSTOPPABLE DREAMS

Get your adrenaline fix at ONE: UNSTOPPABLE DREAMS, where not just 1, but 3 martial arts title fights will be happening right in front of your very eyes in a single night!

Audiences will be able to catch Singapore’s defending Women’s Atomweight World Champion Angela Lee and veteran Japanese martial artist Mei Yamaguchi battle it out in “the greatest rematch in martial arts history”.

7. Swallow Liquid Buffet / Peach Perfect Fridays
