Fans of Gudetama the lazy egg, we come bearing egg-citing news. Joining the ranks of other themed cafes in Singapore is the Gudetama Cafe, serving up an egg-cellent range of mains such as the cajun chicken with waffles, salmon benedict and ribeye steak. Every dish is endearingly adorned with the character’s nonchalant expression we’ve all grown to love. SHOUT recommends the TA-MA-GO, a sushi lookalike dessert featuring two layers of delicious cheesecake coated in rice puffs topped with an egg sponge cake, served with matcha curd and maple syrup.

If we can’t get a F.R.I.E.N.D.S. reunion, we can, at the very least, have a cafe to materialise the show’s legacy  – and Central Perk it rightfully is. Recreated from the original sitcom, this nostalgic themed cafe also features a character themed wall and iconic furniture from the show. It offers a selection of main courses, drinks and desserts, with mains aptly named after the main character – we’ve done up a food review here.
