Unlike some other KBBQ joints that offer “cheaper” cuts of meat for buffet, Seoul Restaurant doesn’t skimp on the quality of their meats at all. Think premium, intensely marbled cuts of beef like galbisal (beef short rib), LA galbi (bone-in short rib) and Chadolbagi (beef brisket), along with Spanish Iberico Pork Collar, Pork Prime Rib, Pork Jowl and much more.
