Mori Beverage is a new café just ~20 minutes away from the checkpoint, tucked away within the lush trees and greenery of Sutera Skudai. The main highlight of the place is the glasshouse-esque clear “greenhouse” housing the indoor area of the café, surrounded by beautiful forestry and nature all around. There’s also al fresco camping-style tables and chairs and even a little stream of water to make you feel like you’re really camping in the outdoors.

From the photos we’ve seen online, the place looks truly scenic, oozing that idylic “cabin in the woods” vibe. When night falls, Mori is illuminated by dimly-lit lamps and fairy lights, making the entire place look even more magical. Mori is only open for 3 days a week: on Thursday, Friday and Sunday, from the evening till 12am, which makes it all the more exclusive.

Like the name suggests, Mori offers mostly drinks, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available. Some drinks from the menu include various beers (from RM 16), Blue Ocean (RM 13), Mojito (RM 13) and Pomegranate (RM 15), just to name a few. There’s also light snacks and bites like French Fries (RM 8), Cheese Wedges (RM 10) and Chicken Wings (RM 12).
