Scarlett Supermarket has just opened their 31st outlet in Singapore at Westgate (in addition to the one currently open at Westgate at B1), and it’s their largest outlet yet, with all-new concepts you won’t find anywhere else!
The new Westgate outlet is located at B2, and boasts a much larger selection of snacks, drinks and produce, live seafood tanks, expanded dine-in food options and much more. Read on for a sneak peek into what to expect, and some of the highlights at Scarlett.
New food stalls & upgraded dining space
You can now enjoy a brand new selection of cooked food, snacks, desserts and drinks within Scarlett itself with an expanded area for dining with more seats and tables in-store. There are about 8 different stalls here, and food items start from as low as just $1.
There’s stalls for mala, hand-pulled noodles, lava stone grilled jumbo sausages, ice jelly desserts, DIY mochi balls, bubble tea, pan-fried juicy buns, xiao long bao and burgers, just to name a few. Some food options that are new to Scarlett include Cotti Coffee, where you can get your first drink for just $0.99, hand-pulled noodles, bubble tea, ice jelly and mochi desserts.

You can also get soup or dry mala and pick any ingredients you want from their self-service bar at a flat price of $2.28 per 100g—no extra charges for meat or seafood! If you’re just looking to grab a snack, there’s the Mini Crispy Pan Fried Pork Pau ($5 for 10pcs), Taro & Sweet Potato Rice Ball ($2 for 6pcs) or Lava Stone-Grilled Jumbo Sausage ($3). For desserts and drinks, try their signature fermented rice wine-infused drinks or the Mix Mochi with Cheese Cream ($12.90), a DIY-style mochi bento box served with cheese foam and wafer crumbles.
First-ever live seafood & butchery
Scarlett debuts its first-ever live seafood and butchery sections where you can view a wide selection of live seafood and pick them straight from the tanks!
Live seafood starts from just $2.80 and they’ve got fresh king crabs, lobsters, oysters, prawns, clams and more; plus live hairy crabs from $6.80 each!
Largest selection of snacks, fresh produce & lifestyle goods
The new Scarlett outlet at Westgate also boasts the most comprehensive selection of snacks, drinks, fresh produce, skincare, dishware, lifestyle goods and more; with some unique items and flavours you probably won’t find at other outlets.
Prices for snacks and drinks start from just $0.60 each, and alcoholic drinks are priced from as low as $2 each. They’ve also got the largest selection of pick & mix items, where you can choose up to 20 regular snacks for just $5 or 10 premium items for $5. Pick from items like chips, crackers, sweets, chocolate, jelly, nuts and even baked bread.
