A new fresh pastry cafe opened up along Kampong Bahru Road on 20 June 2021. Regarded a purveyor of happiness through bread and cake, the all-new Nuage Patisserie comes from the french translation of the word “cloud”. Sharing the similar yet ever-changing qualities of a cloud, Nuage Patisserie prides itself on continually evolving with time, in an effort to be versatile and free in its creations.
Set within a palatial space, Nuage Patisserie showcases a predominantly wood interior with socially-distanced circular and rectangular seating arrangements on either side of the store. Complete with an outward facing bar table, and a semi-full-glass facade, this cafe features a grand display of freshly baked pastries.
Of its innumerable offerings, the most exotic include the $9.60 Brown Sugar Boba, and $9.80 Strawberry Popcorn. Other menu items include the $9.20 Pistachio Strawberry, $9.80 Exotic Coco, $7.20 Tiramisu, $8.50 Blueberry Cheesecake, $4.80 Carrot Cake, $4.50 Pain Au Chocolat, $5.50 Almond Croissant, $6.90 Apple Turnover, $4.50 Brioche Sucre, $5.50 Kouign Amann, amongst a multitude of others.
