Mashi No Mashi has outlets in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Jeddah, and will be opening its first outlet at Bugis, with a 1,600 sqft dine-in restaurant space. The ramen chain highlights various parts of beef in every element of their ramen, from the 24-hour beef bone broth, to the 8-hour stewed beef char siu topping.

The Singapore edition of Mashi no Mashi is said to be similar to their other outlets, offering their signature tsukemen (“dry” ramen), soup ramen and pan-fried gyoza. Some iconic dishes to expect from the menu include the Wagyujiro, made with Kobe beef broth and topped with stewed wagyu; as well as the Wagyu Gyoza that’s stuffed with 100% Okaki beef.

Ramen fans can also look forward to special local-inspired ramen iterations exclusive to the Singapore branch: think ramen infused with some of your favourite hawker flavours like laksa, Hokkien mee and bak kut teh, among others!
