You’ve been hearing news about a new Minions-themed attraction at Sentosa’s Universal Studios Singapore (USS) for a couple years now, and now the wait is nearly over as we’ve finally gotten a first look at what the new attraction is going to look like!

Set for completion in 2025, the all-new and highly-anticipated Minion Land at USS is said to be an immersive experience for fans of the Despicable Me and Minions franchise, with themed rides exclusive to Singapore, and unique retail and dining experiences as well. The Minion Land theme park will feature 3 distinct areas: Minion Marketplace, Gru’s Neighbourhood and Super Silly Fun Land—each modelled after iconic scenes and places from the movies!

You get to see Gru’s house and neighbourhood in real life, which is where the popular Despicable Me Minion Mayhem motion simulator wide will be located, and guests can experience and explore Gru’s laboratory. There will also be a seaside carnival inspired by the movies (the one where Agnes gets her fluffy unicorn plushie) where you’ll find the first-ever Minion dance party-themed carousel, which is exclusive to USS.
