If a waiting time of 30 minutes is still fatally long, this is where Fitness Ration comes in. This food delivery option offers gender-specific meals based on the Health Promotion Board’s recommended dietary guidelines. The wholesome meals are created by in-house chefs and a nutritionist before being placed in the blast freezer. They can be delivered in bundles of 5 or 10 weekly and one can simply refrigerate and reheat the meals whenever – who says healthy microwavable food is not a thing?

This cosy joint in the CBD serves up healthy Korean food in aesthetically-pleasing boxes. Here you can order a balanced meal of rice, meat and vegetables seasoned with their signature sugar-free sauce. Every option on the menu does not exceed 500 calories and are certified by a nutritionist. You can also create your own healthy Korean lunchbox – choose a base (cold noodles, tofu, brown rice, red cabbage, cauliflower rice), pick five veggies (mushrooms, carrots, bean sprouts, spinach, cucumber, red and white cabbage, onions, black beans, corns) and lastly a protein (Bulgogi beef, spicy or soy sesame chicken, cured salmon, smoked duck or seared tuna) and you’re good to go!
