Officially opening on 14th June with special promotions
When Don Don Donki first opened in Orchard Central, it took us by storm – it was a haven filled with all things Japanese, complete with their trademark quirkiness, convenience, and quality.
So it comes as great news that a 2nd outlet is opening tomorrow at 100AM Mall in Tanjong Pagar, and it’s even bigger and better with a brand new Japan Mobile Foods area and a beefier beauty and wellness section!
Located on the 3rd floor, the Japan Mobile Foods corner has a wide array of takeaway snacks for you to dig into. Take your pick from piping hot goodies like the famous baked Japanese sweet potato and a Japanese-style grilled sweet corn with glazed soy sauce, or sweet treats like an enormous colourful and fruity cotton candy – flavours include melon, strawberry, orange, and Ramune, a refreshing lemon-lime Japanese soda!
Prices range from $1 – $5.90.

Just like its 1st outlet, the new store also covers 2 floors in the mall, with dry snacks, household items, cosmetics, stationery, fitness products, and liquor on the 2nd storey, and fresh food and produce on the 3rd storey.

Quirky face slimming masks, teeth-whitening sponges, and fancy flavoured toothpaste like White Peach, Cinnamon, and Cola are among the more unusual finds that we stumbled across in the Beauty section, but the jackpot has got to be the Ichiran ramen packets and boxes of Hokkaido’s famous chocolate, Shiroi Koibito 白い恋人.
We never knew diet sweets existed, and in 5 flavours too – acai, salty tomato, kiwi, strawberry, and grape.
