ARTBOX AVENUE 2024: OVER 300 STALLS, THAI FOOD STREET, KOREAN SHOPPING, & FREE “CONTAINER PARK” KARAOKE!

ARTBOX returns to Expo this January for a 2024 edition that’s even bigger than the last! Say hello to ARTBOX AVENUE, spanning 105,000 sqft of space and will be taking place over 2 consecutive weekends: 26th to 28th January and 2nd to 4th February 2024. We got a sneak peek at the mega indoor night festival and here’s everything you should know before heading down!

Over 100 F&B vendors: viral eats, Thai street & more

There will be plenty of trendy eats at the festival, from stalls and also food trucks! There’s even an entire section dedicated to popular Thai eats like grilled seafood, mango sticky rice, pad thai, skewers and more!

Sourdough Donuts, from $6.90

Assorted Shapes Waffles, $6/box

Sushi Taco, $8

Rainbow Jelly, $4/stick

You’ll be spoilt for choice for street snacks like the viral tanghulu, mochi croffles, mala in a cup, hotpot cups, butter beer, hand punched lemon tea, wagyu dons, cheese coin, ice cream taiyaki, sushi tacos, rainbow jelly sticks, sourdough donuts, nitrogen ice cream…the options are nearly endless!

Mango Sticky Rice Ice Cream, $10

Chilli Crab Pasta in Shaker Bottle, $18

Some unique eats we enjoyed also include the Mango Sticky Rice ($10) that’s not like the original, but in ice cream form! You can also get the Chilli Crab Pasta ($16) in a “cocktail” shaker bottle that you’re supposed to shake up before eating. There’s even the viral chocolate bars from Mr Beast!

Over 140 retail shops: K-shopping, Thai labels & local crafts

Aside from local vendors, this year’s ARTBOX AVENUE welcomes a slew of international vendors from Malaysia, Thailand and South Korea!

Expect to see various lifestyle, beauty and K-food items from Korean vendors at K Avenue like bags, accessories, Jeju hallabong oranges, men’s and women’s skincare, athleisure, popular snacks and more.

There’s also a plethora of Thai clothing brands, as well as local handicrafts and handmade goods from crochet items, puffy bags, fragrances, candles, jewellery, stickers, leather goods, house plants and even film cameras, just to name a few.

Exciting activities, entertainment & live performances

The fun doesn’t stop at just eating and shopping, there’ll also be Teo Heng KTV Containers where you can sing karaoke inside a container (every ticket holder is entitled to 1 free song!), chocolate DIY workshops by Janice Wong, as well as free VR and Nintendo Switch experiences!

Feel the nostalgia with The Arcade People’s array of retro arcade games and claw machines! Or for chess lovers, you can challenge yourself to a game of Street Chess, and even giant chess!

To add to the festival vibe, there will be roving live music performances, plus fun events and challenges at the SGAG stage like the Hopscotch of Pain, National Piak Cockroach Championship and National Water Bottle Tornado Championship, where participants can stand a chance to win $888 cash!
