ANTI:DOTE has done it again with their playful and inventive creations, and this time they’ve concocted an unconventional cocktail menu featuring theatrical and interactive “cure-alls” inspired by both ancient and modern remedies from all around the world.
The new Cure-All cocktail menu is divided into 3 parts: Long Long Time Ago, Grandma Says and Modern Times.

Long Long Time Ago is inspired by ancient medicine from the Chinese Dynasty, Mayan and Aztec times as well as traditional British culture, featuring various historical ingredients and herbs. Guests are invited to mix their own unique potion with the Wand and Potion ($32), or enjoy a novel cocktail “brewed” in a smoke-filled Chinese clay pot with the Ancient Love Potion ($25), much like the pots traditionally used to brew medicine.

Grandma Says features spin on home remedies and grandmother’s tales from Indian, Japanese and Chinese culture. Asians will love Pandan Everywhere ($25), a tribute to the well-loved pandan plant known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits. The Japanese-inspired Obachan’s Secret is served with a side of homemade umeboshi, a superfood for boosting immunity, as well as a mini bonsai plant to evoke a sense of zen and tranquility.

Modern Times brings us to the present, where technology has brought about modern advancements in medicine and healthcare. The Mexican-inspired El Padrino ($25) comes with a handwritten “prescription” and flavour-changing pills. You can also build-your-own-cocktail with What Do You Want?! ($25), served with 3 test tubes that you can use to concoct your own blend.
Alongside these inventive drinks, ANTI:DOTE also has a new tapas and dessert menu. Highlights include the Hokkaido Scallop Dumpling ($24), Smoked Baby Aubergine ($15), Smoked Flamingo Tea Hamachi ($24), Triple Cooked Fries ($16) and more. For dessert, you must try the super playful Chilli Cocoa Waffle ($18) that’s made to resemble a line of hanging laundry.
