It’s the time of the year where Chinese celebrate the Dumpling Festival again! There are many shops out there selling chinese dumplings, but we bet that you have yet to try this special dumpling that we are going to introduce you to today!
Pang’s Hakka Delicacies has launched a beautiful multi-coloured dumpling made from mochi. Yes, that soft and chewy Japanese candy that many of us love! It is made from sweet potatoes, and inside it contains succulent pork belly, fragrant chinese mushrooms, dried shrimps and cuttlefish, preserved radish, beancurd and also yam!
Other than their Mochi Dumplings, they also have a good mix of traditional chinese dumplings as well as their signature creations! These include the Hakka Red Wine Chicken Dumpling(S$7), Hakka Pork Belly with Preserved Mustard Leaf Dumpling(S$7, Salted Egg Dumplings (S$8)!
If you’re like me and are into trying all the flavours at once, they also have a bundle of 4 assorted dumplings(S$25)!
Other than dumplings, they are also offering an array of traditional Hakka cuisines, such as Hakka Radish Balls, Sarpork, and also Hakka Fried Abacus Seeds!
You can order their delicious Hakka Dumplings here.
Do note that pre-orders should be done before 3 pm for them to deliver the next working day!
