Ultra Singapore is over, but that doesn’t mean that there’s nothing exciting to look forward to this weekend – there’s the Sake Festival for sake lovers, popular DJ MAKJ gracing our shores at Zouk, and a pop-up barbershop and tattoo studio with free tattoo services!
1. Sake Festival Singapore

Sake aficionados, sample up to 450 labels of the Japanese alcohol from 42 different breweries all over Japan at the Sake Festival Singapore! Known as the biggest sake showcase in Southeast Asia, the alcoholic selection includes limited edition and seasonal sake, shochu, premium umeshu, and fruit liquors.
Plus, artisanal tablewares and sake cups will also be for sale! Make sure to head down early, because 1000 pieces of limited edition sake-tasting cups handmade by a renowned mino-yaki (Japanese pottery) craftsman will be given out on a first-come-first-served basis.

2. Yoga Fiesta

Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner of yoga or simply curious about the lifestyle, make your way to Yoga Fiesta, which is held in celebration of the International Yoga Day that falls on 21st June this year.
Celebrity instructors like Jo Phee and Bill Calhoun will guide you through yoga exercises, but the highlight of the event includes dog yoga. Bring your furry friend along and try out silent yoga and yogalates together, which is a combination of yoga and pilates, and shop for activewear, accessories, and skincare from brands like Lorna Jane and MARY KAY when you’re done!

3. Ink & Cut

For those of you who are daredevils, head to The Cathay for Ink & Cut, a 2-day barbershop and tattoo studio pop-up event! Back again for the second year, all you have to do is to spend a minimum of $50 at any shop in The Cathay and you’ll be able to get a free 6cm x 6cm mystery tattoo by tattoo artists Lee Wai Leng and Denyse Lin from Traditions Tattoo Collective.

6. Sundown Festival 2018

The annual Sundown Festival is back once more and as the official closing party for the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour Singapore this year! 7. UFC Fight Night Singapore

MMA fans, the highly-anticipated UFC is finally happening this Saturday with UFC Fight Night Singapore: Cerrone VS. Edwards. Headlining the event is a match between one of the most-feared welterweight contender, Donald Cerrone “Cowboy”, who’s ranked #11 in the official UFC welterweight rankings, and the rapidly-rising Leon Edwards “Rocky”, who is currently at #14.
