For the meat and seafood lovers, expect a selection of fresh seafood on ice, Seafood Gumbo, daily meat carvings on rotation such as Slow Roasted Striploin, Slow Roasted Lamb Leg, Roasted Spatchcock Chicken or Roasted Five Spice Pork Belly. There are also exciting DIY stations offering Kopitiam Seafood Laksa, Cheese Fondue, Gelato and Sorbet.
